Changes between version 1.5 and 1.8 (2012-11-01):

- New: series title "Byteria Saga"
- Change: replaced the music, and certain out-of-battle sound effects
- Change: replaced various graphics, mostly the out-of-battle sprites (and
  the title screens now have pix!!!!1)
- Change: text polishing
- New: some guest appearances
- Change: the instructions are now an HTML page, rather than a Winhelp
  file which recent Windows versions no longer support out of the box
- Bugfix: Chapter One: Odilbert can now equip Scale Mail
- Bugfix: Chapter One: using an Exit spell at a certain point at the
  Forest Cave is no longer possible, it would interfere with a cutscene
  and stop the show
- Bugfix: Chapter Two: the spells Fire Breath and Dragon Breath are now
  consistent with Chapter Three
- Change: Chapter Two: Castle Ulthia no longer looks like it belongs in a
  different culture area
- New: Chapter Two: clearing the Witch Tower too early will now be
  commented on
- Change: Chapter Two: the final boss rarely dropped a weapon that no
  party member could actually use, it has been replaced with a Life
  Booster
- New: Chapter Three: the path to the Holy Mountain is now marked with a
  sign
- New: expanded the staff lists with respect to naming stuff
